LONDON COFFEE FESTIVAL

Being an avid coffee enthusiast I was thrilled to get tickets to the┬áLondon Coffee Festival last weekend. For anyone who doesn’t know, this festival is a four day event that is open to both the public and people in the coffee industry. Many well known and smaller business’ attend to share their coffee, food, products and merchandise. Included within the ticket is the chance to try free samples at every stall in the event, this way you get the chance to experience many types of coffee throughout the day.

Much like any other festival it was extremely busy when we got in but we managed to explore all the rooms and stalls, even finding some of our favourite coffee companies inside. However it wasn’t just trying coffee all day, there were also many workshops available, live music throughout, coffee art and the coffee masters competition. Amidst all the coffee fans and vendors there were many tea stalls dotted about, along with liqueur and places to purchase brewing equipment. Some of my favourites at the festival were Grind, Prana Chai, Her and Mr Black. The festival was extremely photogenic so I had to bring my camera and share a little photo diary of my time.

As a coffee lover it was a great experience and opportunity to try coffee from many smaller business’ that I had never heard of and to sample this years new trend : cold brew. I highly recommend going next year if you love coffee half as much as I do.
